30 April 2020 - Highweald Beverages, supported by investment from the Cadman Capital Group, has successfully acquired the award-winning 360 Degree Brewing Company - the second acquisition completed by Highweald Beverages since its inception in 2020.
The 360 Degree Brewing Company has seen substantial growth since it was founded in 2013, benefitting greatly from the increased demand recently recognised within the English craft beer market. The brewery offers an extensive range of uniquely flavoured beers, including the award-winning Session IPA, which took home Gold in its class at the World Beer Awards 2019.
Highweald Beverages intends to keep business at the brewery operating as usual and will work alongside the brewing company’s experienced team to ensure the business continues to go from strength to strength.

Howes Percival managed the legal process of the deal, which follows the business' earlier purchase of the Lake Street vineyard.
