Underpinned by his extensive experience in financial management and the knowledge gained through his previous roles at a range of global companies including XPO, Joules, Paperlinx and Fisher Scientific, John oversees the business' financial operations.
He focuses on financial reporting, as well as the financial integration of the acquired businesses and ensuring fiscal discipline throughout. His skills in negotiation, business planning, management and operations make him a core part of the leadership team.

Mike boasts a successful career in wine operations and wine trade logistics, with a primary focus on purchasing and supply chain solutions.
Benefitting from over 30 years of operational experience, Mike’s role includes many responsibilities such as the deployment of capital, financial management and the creation of operational strategies. Playing a key role in the team, Mike contributes greatly to the achievement of business goals and objectives.
He is fluent in three foreign languages and received his MA degree in Mathematics from Cambridge University, where he was a member of the Cambridge University Wine Society and Blind Tasting team.
Robin has a unique combination of winemaking, commercial and senior management experience, He has contributed to the success of several of the most exciting and established businesses in the world of wine and beer.
As Chief Operating Officer at Ridgeview Estate, he reinvigorated the commercial and production focus of the of the business. As Wine Director at Nakedwine.com, he drove the establishment of the USA operation and winery. At Laithwaite’s and Iceland Foods, he revolutionised range and purchasing to deliver increased choice and profitability.
Robin’s qualifications include - BSc. (Hons) Management Science, PG. Diploma Oenology & Viticulture, Wine & Spirits Diploma (WSET). Robin is presently concluding his Master of Wine (MW) Dissertation on English Sparkling Wine.
Keith is an experienced strategic marketer with a background covering multiple retail and FMCG sectors, Keith has held positions at a number of renowned brands including McDonalds, HP Foods, Homebase and Greene King.
Boasting a strong track record of managing multiple brands and multi-million-pound budgets, Keith brings with him expertise across branding and insights, advertising, media and local marketing management.
During his time at Greene King, Keith was responsible for driving growth of some of its most iconic cask beer brands including Greene King IPA and Abbot Ale. This expertise, combined with his knowledge of the On and Off trade beer market and an impressive history in the food and beverage trade, makes him an integral part of the Highweald Beverages team.
