CHAIRMAN
Giles Cadman
Giles has a wealth of international business experience across a variety of alternative asset classes including property, aquaculture and wine.
Throughout his 30-year career in the alternative investment space, Giles has gained experience across all elements of business, from the creation of start-ups to the acquisition of more established enterprises.
Giles prides himself on being a pragmatic environmentalist and a strong believer in giving back. He is continuously seeking opportunities to help local communities and preserve the environment.

James Dinsdale
With over 15 years executive success across multiple sectors and organizational sizes, James has considerable experience of operational execution, as well as expertise in M&A, due diligence and value creation. He has held senior roles at several well-known businesses including phs Group, Travis Perkins, CHEP and G4S.
Additionally, he has most recently spent several years consulting in the Private Equity space. James oversees the day-to-day running of the Group, as well as managing the deployment of investment capital into UK entities.
FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
John Percival
Underpinned by his extensive experience in financial management and the knowledge gained through his previous roles at a range of global companies including XPO, Joules, Paperlinx and Fisher Scientific, John oversees the business' financial operations.
He focuses on financial reporting, as well as the financial integration of the acquired businesses and ensuring fiscal discipline throughout. His skills in negotiation, business planning, management and operations make him a core part of the leadership team.
GENERAL MANAGER
Robin Langton
Robin has a unique combination of winemaking, commercial and senior management experience, He has contributed to the success of several of the most exciting and established businesses in the world of wine and beer.

As Chief Operating Officer at Ridgeview Estate, he reinvigorated the commercial and production focus of the of the business. As Wine Director at Nakedwine.com, he drove the establishment of the USA operation and winery. At Laithwaite’s and Iceland Foods, he revolutionised range and purchasing to deliver increased choice and profitability.

Robin’s qualifications include - BSc. (Hons) Management Science, PG. Diploma Oenology & Viticulture, Wine & Spirits Diploma (WSET). Robin is presently concluding his Master of Wine (MW) Dissertation on English Sparkling Wine.
